Zutaten:
250 g Butter
250 g Zucker
250 g Mehl
3 Eigelb
2 Pkt. Vanillezucker (Burbon Vanille)
2 TL Backpulver
1 EL Milch
1/2 Flasche Zitronenaroma
ca. 1 - 2 TL Jalapeno Chipotle pulver (oder nach bedarf)
Zubereitung:
Alles gut verkneten und ausrollen. Das Chili pulver sollte gleichmäßig und gut sichtbar im Teig verteilt sein, dann habt ihr die richtige Menge. Mit Förmchen ausstechen und fertig ist der lack. Die Teile auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen
und bei 180 Grad 10 - 15 min. backen.
Weiteres:
Achtung!!! Die Teile sind ganz fies. Zuerst sind sie super lecker und süß.Aber nach dem schlucken fängt der Mund raum ganz leicht an zu kribbeln und der Chili Geschmack kitzelt deine Geschmacksknospen. SUPER LECKER.Schwierigkeitsgrad:
